You'll spend your day helping customers, answering questions, working with fresh flowers and products, keeping the market organized, completing transactions, and learning more about the floral industry along the way.
Help People Find the Right Flowers
Arizona Flower Market is the Valley's largest wholesale and DIY flower source, serving professional florists, designers, businesses, and flower lovers throughout our community.
We're looking for friendly, motivated people who enjoy helping customers and aren't afraid to stay busy.
As a Market Associate, you'll guide customers through our flower market, answer product and care questions, complete transactions, pull orders, stock and merchandise product, and help keep the market clean and organized.
Floral experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you bring great customer service, reliability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, we'll help teach you the flower side.
What You'll Do
Help Our Customers
Welcome shoppers, answer questions, and help them navigate flowers, greenery, hardgoods, and supplies.
Share What You Learn
Learn basic flower names, care, sourcing, and uses so you can provide helpful guidance to customers.
Handle Checkout
Complete customer transactions accurately while providing a friendly and efficient experience.
Pull Customer Orders
Locate and prepare products for customer pickups and help make sure orders are accurate and ready.
Stock & Merchandise
Help stock product, maintain displays, organize merchandise, and keep the sales floor looking its best.
Learn the Floral Industry
Build foundational knowledge of flowers, products, floral care, and simple design basics.
