How It Works
Pick Up Your Route
Routes begin at 6:30 AM from Arizona Flower Market at 2050 S. 16th Street in Phoenix.
Organize & Load
Organize your assigned stops and carefully load floral arrangements into your personal vehicle.
Follow Your Route
Use your smartphone and GPS to complete your assigned deliveries efficiently throughout the Valley.
Deliver With Care
Handle every arrangement carefully and provide friendly, professional service to recipients.
Paid Per Completed Delivery
Drivers typically earn approximately $130–$250+ per day, depending on route volume and efficiency.
There may be opportunities to complete two or more routes per day based on availability and performance.
Gas and mileage are not reimbursed. Checks will be issued May 15, 2026.
