Work behind the scenes where fresh flowers arrive, get processed, and begin their journey to our customers.
You'll spend your day on your feet, moving product, working in refrigerated coolers, processing fresh flowers, maintaining inventory, supporting warehouse operations, and occasionally making deliveries.
Arizona Flower Market is the Valley's largest wholesale and DIY flower source, serving professional florists, designers, and flower lovers throughout our community.
We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving.
You'll work with fresh flowers and plants from the moment they arrive — processing product, checking quality, maintaining inventory and coolers, stocking supplies, supporting warehouse operations, and helping with deliveries when needed.
Floral experience is preferred, but not required. We'll teach the floral side to the right person with strong warehouse experience, solid computer skills, and a great work ethic.
Cut, hydrate, and treat incoming flowers. Process blooming and green plants and learn proper flower and greenery care.
Inspect incoming perishable product and perform daily quality checks to help maintain freshness and longevity.
Verify incoming counts against invoices, check in products and supplies, perform inventory counts, and assist with procurement.
Rotate stock, maintain cooler displays, and help keep our flower coolers clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Clean buckets, vases, and work areas, stock shelves, put away supplies, and assist with general warehouse responsibilities.
Drive company vehicles for local deliveries and errands when needed while representing Arizona Flower Market professionally.
You show up on time and your team can count on you.
You notice what needs to be done and take initiative.
You pay attention to product, counts, quality, and details.
You're confident using computers and learning new systems.
You're willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
You can adjust when priorities change throughout the day.
Before applying, please make sure you can meet the following requirements.
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. Arizona Flower Market operates seven days a week, so team members must have schedule flexibility, including weekends.
Typical shifts fall between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on operational needs.
During major floral holidays, extended hours may be required. Time-off requests may also be limited beginning approximately two weeks before major holidays.
If you're dependable, comfortable with physical work, confident using computers, and interested in learning the floral industry, we'd love to hear from you.
