Creating a standing order offers you benefits such as: competitive pricing, guaranteed availability, removing the stress of ordering each week. In order to offer you the best service, we require our standing orders to follow the below rules and guidelines. Our team appreciates your understanding of our procedures and looks forward to serving you!
- All changes to a standing order may take up to two (2) weeks to take effect.
- Each standing order is allowed three (3) full cancellations per calendar year.
- Each cancellation request must be received by your sales representative no later than 14 days prior to the date you wish to skip.
- Any additional cancellation requests are at the discretion of your wholesale representative.
- Any cancellation requests made less than 14 days prior to the date requested to skip may result in a restocking fee of up to 50% of your subtotal.
- A 14-day written notice is required to completely stop/cancel a standing order with Arizona Flower Market. 4. Your standing order may be doubled during the following holidays.
- This is not automatic and must be requested with your sales representative at least four (4) weeks prior to the holiday.

- Mother’s Day
- Christmas
- All orders are subject to weather conditions and farm availability.
