These positions are the heart of our operation — ensuring that every bloom is received, processed, and delivered with care.
About the Role
Our Floral Processor, Warehouse, and Delivery team members handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the market running smoothly. Responsibilities may include:
*Receiving and unpacking fresh flower shipments
*Cutting, hydrating, and prepping flowers for sale
*Inspecting blooms for quality and freshness
*Maintaning clean, organized coolers and workspace
*Assisting customers with product pick-ups
*Loading and unloading trucks for deliveries
*Delivering flowers safely and efficiently when assigned driver routes
You’ll be surrounded by fresh flowers every day, working closely with a passionate, fast-paced team that takes pride in serving the Phoenix floral community.
What We’re Looking For
We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in the floral industry. The right candidate is:
*Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
*Comfortable working in a cooler environment
*Able to lift 30–60 lbs and perform physical work including standing, bending, and kneeling
*Available to work weekends (we’re open 7 days a week)
