About the instructor: Blanca Mondragon is an event planner, Certified Floral Designer, and Master Floral
Designer certified by the Arizona State Florist Association. Her creativity and passion
for flowers are reflected in every aspect of her designs. She has won competitions with
ASFA as well as the Arts and Flowers Phoenix Art Museum program. Blanca has
worked and learned from renowned designers and event planners such as David
Tutera and more recently Preston Bailey. To this day, she continues to provide her
customers with a friendly and knowledgeable service.
Blanca is the owner and founder of Amazing Flowers, a flower shop located in Central
Phoenix; they have received the 2019 Best Of the Valley award under Best Florists
