Moody colors and soft, feminine textures bring your formal affair out of the ballroom and into the light of day.

Muted and muddy tonal flowers combine with lacy and airy foliage in addition to collected high-end items to evoke the romantic sense of bohemian style with a touch of sophistication. Garden flowers such as Roses, Hydrangea, Lilac, Lisianthus and Tender Vines are paired unexpectedly with a dried floral accent or two in loose natural stylings to create an elegant yet comfortable feel.

Come join us for a tour of the up and coming floral trends for the New Year. The four trends we will be examining will include:

– Black Tie & Barefoot

– A New Leaf

– Posh & Polished

– Vibrant Vibe

In this class, we will be creating an amazing vased arrangement from one of these categories and you will be on your way to creating the latest and greatest trends from the floral industry for your own home or event.

Space is limited and these classes usually sell out, so sign up early to ensure your spot. Bring a friend for twice the fun, or even your whole bridal party! Also makes a unique & thoughtful gift. Registration fee of $40 includes everything you will need to create your masterpiece.

About the Instructor: Krista Hampton started her own floral design company in 2005, specializing in wedding and event designs. She now enjoys designing for us at Arizona Flower Market. She brings an ‘anyone can do it’ approach to floral design and loves teaching the ins and outs and educating folks on anything related to flowers and plants. Krista holds a Master’s degree in Business Management. She is proud of her southern background where her floral roots began and comes from a long line of floral designers. In addition to being a floral designer, Krista is an avid traveler. “Where I’ve never been, is where I want to go.” She also enjoys being a personal chef for her family and friends, dancing to good music while cooking, enjoying any body of water and chronicling her travel adventures.
